Minimal prism

We will create a mini prism that have:

• no MFC
• no SQL
• no DEObject
• no CDFs
• no windows dependency by actions
• no import
• no migration

What we do have is:

•  fields
• tables
• indexes
• multiviews
• dlq
• derivations
• remote
• debus
• serial

To indicate what is needed, we need to support all DEB_ prism calls used in server.
